Hi forumI think a have a good idea, but I cannot figure out how to get it work.I have my beovision 11 in my living room and have a set of Beolab 8000 that I do not use. I came up with the idea to place one BL8000 in the kitchen and one BL8000 in the bedroom. Then I would use them as mono speaker like a Beoplay M3 etc. Wireless setup of course ;-)But how do I do it, when I want to setup them as multiroom? I want to turn on my BV11 and then play the sound also in mono in the kitchen or in the bedroom.
Can I use a Beosound Essence MK2 or a Beolink Converter NL/ML? (damn it, that I have just sold one of my two!)Or can it be done more simple (and cheap)?
BV Harmony 65 / Eclipse 55 / BL 50 / 19 / 18 / BS 2 all brass
BV Horizon 48 / V1 40 / BL 17 / Beoplay S3 all black
V1 / BL 3 / BS Essence MKII / Beoplay A3 all white
BS Moment / BS 3000 / BS 3200 / BL 400 all silver
Headphones / bluetooth speakers / BLC NL-ML / BLGateway
I know…B&O virus has grown on me !
Why this obsession with mono?
Mono becouse I would like to use it as a M3 or other modern speakers. I think it would look great to have only one BL8000 standing. I like when thinks are a little bit understated (says google translate ;-) And I only use my bv11 as "player" as I only have use for that. :-)So a BS Essence is the best bid? How about a Core - is it multiroom?
Ahh, and why not connect it to the tv? Because it is in another room :)

I get you want the functionality,- but are you considering mono as requirement for a modern speaker?
I am just being curious, since my first consideration would be sound quality if I were to put (more ) speakers in my kitchen.
Odd setup...
Why not use a Wisa receiver to each speaker(if its close enough to the BV11), next room should be ok.... can only try
The sound from a M3 is maybe better, but I like the speaker as much when turned off. For the design it is much more. Also the sound from the BV11 and BL8000 have tried - also no difference. The sound from the BV11 and BL8000 is almost the same. The BV11 is a bit better more clear. My BL8000 are MK1Alternative if a buy a BV14 - can I use the bluetooth with a Google Chrome cast in the line in of the BL8000?Wisa receiver - sounds good - do you mean a Beolab receiver 1 or are there other possibilities?
