Hi Guys
Purchased a pair of Gen 3 H9’s last week and whilst I’m very impressed with the sound quality I find they are a little low in volume and could really do with a boost. I have only tested via Bluetooth and was wondering if anybody else has found this??
Having the same issue connected to iPhone X. Any ideas anyone?
Have you both installed the B&O app where you can change settings?
The mk3 should be significant play with louder volume than the mk1. Mine H9i can play louder than needed.
I have the app and whilst there is some tweaking I feel the cans should be louder.

Very strange - I didn't get this issue with my A9 and definitely do not with the BeoSound 2 I've recently purchased. If anything, it's often too loud.
Have you tried connecting directly through Spotify Connect and see if it makes a difference?
