What are best b&o computer monitor speakers?

I have a max 33 in desktop and silver color.

It would seem expensive option but should I get two Levels, pair them and put it side by side the Apple mac monitor? Or should I do the same for emerge, or beosound 1?

i would like to connect them wired and not worry about battery also however

And if I have guests in drawing dinning room ideally i can also use them for entertainment purposes and shift locations?

Would appreciate to know what people are using for computer speakers

thank you

Hi,

It’s a question that I also ask myself on many an occasion and i never come up with a satisfactory answer other than the old Beolab 4 PC.

I am using 1 BeoPlay A1 via USB-C which i find convenient. If i wanted stereo, i would have to power each of them and then also connect a 3.5mm jack to both of them, so that’s 4 wires and too many for my desktop. As far as I can tell you can’t have two USB-C speakers connected on your PC and have them split left and right, you can only do that with the 3.5mm and connect one left and one right.

I asked a question yesterday about the Emerge to see if I could connect that via USB C to the PC and the response was that i need both the USB-C and a 3.5mm connected to the PC for sound. So that’s a step backward.

But if you don’t mind having 4 connections (2 USB and 2 3.5) then I think perhaps the Emerge would be suitable for a desk as they are ‘book’ size. You could disconnect them and use them in other locations.

I have thought about using my BL3s at a point as PC speakers, but then I would need to have 2 extra power provisions at my desk for them.
