Hello I'm looking for help with my Stand. The stand is not detecting nor showing.

Under menu Service System Voltages, it shows as 12V == 0.03V

Can someone please let me know what that means?

When the stand worked, it was quite jerky and not very smooth.

Also, periodically, the green light will flash rapidly while turned off. All connections are fine. I've tried unplugging for hours, but it has not helped.

Thank you.

Mine just did the same! I have the 55" though..

Did you find anything out about the cost? Or did you perhaps find another solution?

No I didn't get a cost yet, or parts availability. I reached out to the dealer and am awaiting a response. Please do post if you get any information.

Update, I've contacted a few different b&o repairmen and am awaiting a quote for the DSSE board.

Has anyone else purchased one of these and swapped them to fix their stand issue?

I heard from the b&o service that there is no DSSE board in the beovision eclipse 65 mk1 (based off the serial number).  He wasn't sure what would cause the stand to stop detecting and the 12V == 0.03V.

Do you have any other suggestions?

Many thanks

Hi again

but wy do you not contact the servicepartner

and tell that your stand doesnt work, and let them

investigate the problem (i am 99%) shure that the

thing they then change is the dsse board if you

get this message 12v missing

Thanks, I'll ask them again. Yes they are a service centre. Unfortunately they are about 4,000 kms away. None of the nearby service centres have answered the phone in the last 3 weeks, or responded to emails.

Hello

Don’t know if it’s worth mentioning if you can get a board it’s easy to change.

I saw the engineer remote speaker cover, then the plastic cover on the left. About five screws and a few ribbon cables and the board comes out.

Took a total of about 15 mins

Thanks for all the help everyone.

The dealer asked me to disassemble the TV and bring back the sound centre and stand, so I did that. It's now at the dealer and the technician is going to repair it this week. I wish they would have just come over and swapped that board considering everyone says it's so quick and easy. Anyway, will post the results and the exact cause when I get it back. I miss my eclipse already!
