Hello,

One of my bv 11 46 failed to update the software and the Puc, since I bought it I never tried to update it.

It just says Failed verification. It is connected by wlan. May be it needs to be connected by LAN.

Do you know how to make a hard reset ? Maybe it could solve this issue.

thanks

I think it might depend on if you have the model with the beo4 or the beo remote one.

As the 11 with the BR1 is the same chassis as the Avant Gen 1 what I had to do on that is change the country to another (same) to do a hard reset

Hello

I have both. For this one.I usually take  a beo4 with joystick on the center.

In the setup menu , I have just found language and change it for the same (nothing happened).
