Hi all

I have obtained this lovery amp and besides one duff output stage  and a re capp required  the on off sw is faulty  it will not lock down. It lools like the plastic has worn a way ( the sw works  you have to hold the sw  down )  and it is the sw at fault as its in bits on the bench !!!!! So my question is  does anybody have such a item so I can bring this beauty back to life  Otherwise it will be lost for ever  and that would be a shame

Based in the UK

Thanking you in advance  Ron

Not exactly aware of what you mean. But the switches itself can be faulty. If so, you can take the switch apart, so you swap the (burned) contacts.

Hi Beobuddy

Thanks for the reply  ( I am having major connection problems  with my broadband so sorry for the delay )

The problem is not the contacts of the switch that part works fine their is a  white plastic pin in front of the body of the switch and it  is worn flat on one side  and this is what should  makes it lock down ??  so I don't actually need a whole switch  just the white plastic piece

I tried to upload a photo  but gave up ??

Thanks for you reply

Ron
