Hello everyone,  I have bought a Beocom 6000 to go with my Beocom 2 and BeoLine PSTN Base, and I'm not sure if it is compatible.

  • My Beocom 2 -  0044-2.1-5  200207301041
  • My BeoLine PSTN Base -  2.30  0109181149
  • New Beocom 6000 -  044-2.10  0004100929 (and a charger base)

I am not sure if these are compatible as I cannot get the Beocom 6000 to see the PSTN or am I just doing something wrong?  Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Regards

Tarx

I think only the MK1's are only compatible with the MK1 PSTN Base, you will need a MK2 PSTN for MK2 phones to work.

So basically if you have MK1 phones and your PSTN Base is MK2 then it will not work as I understand it.  If you have MK2 phones then it should not matter, if you have 1 x MK1 & 1x MK 2 then you need a PSTN Base MK1, and if you have the right equipment then maybe you PSTN Base is faulty?  Might be worth popping into your nearest B&O with your phones and PSTN so that can check them.

Hope that helps.
