Beomaster 3500 cannot key in digit 3 or 4

Hello, 

Can someone advise me how to solve the following.

I cannot key in number 3 or 4 on the programming section of the equipment, other digits are OK.

Meanwhile I can key in these numbers when using the remote control.

Could it be that the glass panel is starting to come loose (which they all do) and is no longer making contact on the underneath. Try pressing harder and think about removing and resticking the panel.

OK solved

The PCB was not perfectly mounted at the #3 #4 position, some how a bit away y 1 mm from the glass panel.
