Hi

I've bought a BeoCom 6000 which is set to Danish. How do I change the language to English? Unfortunately, I can't translate the Danish phone menu in order to work out where the language setting is.

Cheers

Stuart

I am not sure you can - you'd probably need to have it flashed to French.

Confirm that you need to flash the BeoCom 6000 in order to change language. Only a dealer can do it.

Is it a MK2?

Looks like you can change language on a MK2 (black keys) - you definitely can't on a MK1 (white keys)

White key mark 1 version, so no go then. Thanks for the advice. I'll just have to learn Danish!

I do have 3 of them - the basic neccessary texts are quite easy to learn Wink

e.g. GEMT for "stored" etc... Of course it helps to have at least one in the local language.

And the printed text on the phone you can't change not even on a MKII phone anyway Stick out tongue

That should not be that hard at all Big Smile

Find the French user manual to guide you through it.
