Duels:So now it's time for beer. The multi-award winning Jaipur from Thornbridge, my local craft brewery. One of the best IPAs I have ever had. And I've had a few!
paolomariano:Wow!! It sounds good! May I have one as well?!
Duels:Morning Paolo. Morning everyone.
BeoNut since '75
elephant:Don't you have the Apple PUC ? I never used my silver Apple remotes. The black Apple remote touchpad is a different beast. In fact use it over the Beo4 to control the BV8's volume (in all modes!) BeoNut since '75
elephant:Oh Peter [:\'(] Please drink the real thing ! ๐ป๐ป๐ป

It is a Lager, then ;-)
Can't wait to test it, Peter Pan.
It's nearly seven o'clock and that's definitely time for an ale. Sequoia from my local brewer. A very fine Amber brew. Very sessionable at 4.5% and incredibly tasty with some nice malt flavours.

This one's a bit of an acquired taste. Belgian "Duchesse De Bourgogne". Looks flat but is quite bubbly, has rather a sour note. Took me by surprise but after a few sips...I've acquired it! Well, at least perhaps once a year anyway.

For me, I didn't get the sweetness for this one. I thought more like vinegar, but not unpleasant. I had snaffled a couple of Lindt Batons Kirsch which probably didn't help.
elephant: Perhaps I should've invited her home
Do you guy keep alive the tradition of advent calendars?
