New Holland’s Dragon’s Milk Stout. Boozy with oak and vanilla... and a surprisingly light mouth feel. Definitely a moderation beer.

Yes sir!  There are quite a few specialty beer bars in my area that have upwards of 70 different taps and hundreds of different bottles.  I have been saying that you guys need to visit....

Continue on with my americanized German beer journey, this is Köld Schauer, a Kölsch style with Huell Melon hops sources from only one farmer in Germany.

Limited release, probably because they state on their website that they bought 80% of the farmers crop.

They also say the cold shower is refreshing without shrinkage in flavor.

Great colour. Looks a little like some of the Belgians. How’s it taste?

It has a kind of déjà vu taste (but I don’t remember where I drunk the other)

Spicy, a little bitterness

Brewdog collaboration with 8 breweries. 8 different Hops. West coast IPA @ 8%. It’s a beautiful thing.

The Abita Brewery in Louisiana, USA did a seasonal oyster stout where they literally shucked oysters into the beer while brewing it. It was damn good, but haven’t seen it in a while. Had a nice briney flavor to it. Not my photo, but here is an example.

New bar opened near my house serving some great beers. This is “imperial stay puft” marshmallow porter. 9% and beautifully sweet and malty.

Tiny Rebel. Small craft brewery in Wales. They have got some excellent brews going on at the moment. It really is a special beer. To be sipped and savoured.

“Han Brolo” by a local Atlanta brewery. This is just in time for summer. A crisp pale ale with a nice amount of hops and a hint of citrus. Not my normal beer but great for the warmer weather coming....

Pogo by the wild beer company. Pale ale with passion fruit, orange and guava. Very good for hot summer days. These wild beer boys do put some stuff in their beers. Some have mushrooms (and even lentils) added which is a new one for me. Cheers!
