3 hops with a blonde sounds like a multi award winner to me

Hey guys, it’s been a while but I see you all have been having some good brews.

Today was the day from Hell at work so I figured I would pull one out of the beer cellar. This one is quite interesting. A sour tang and a nice woody/spiciness I’m guessing from the Rye barrels. After my first few sips with some music going I no longer feel like strangling my coworkers! Hope you guys have a good weekend. BeerBig Smile

Collaboration between Kings County Brewers Collective and Behemoth. Wolf of Siberia double IPA. Beautiful, hazy, fruity and dry hopped. Very nice indeed.

I heard this years version is quite good in comparison to previous years, but I’ve not tried it. How did you like it?

Also, always happy to see a BC9000 in use.

Yes, this year's version is one the best I've had from Sierra Nevada, and I've a few years of experience.  This year's collaboration was with Bitburger Brewery.  Malty as always, but the sweetness was under control this year.  Very session-able. Smile

Actually a BC9500 - the angle of the picture and the shadow of the shelf above dull the reflectivity.  I do love the look.  The BG3000 has the brushed aluminum so not an exact match.
