Well the time has come.
After moving house and my beloved BV7-55 dominated the bay window a change was needed, I was in a panic that loosing the 7-4 ATL lens I would feel like something was missing but its all OK
A ten hour drive and I have a amazing Avant 55 MK1 just 10 months old sat where good old trusty was, the MK1 still has all of the magic I love and gives me much more. No more need for Offline software and PUC updates and a picture that is amazing.
Here we go

My new Beomic BM5.
I don't yet know if it works (I am not really counting on both ribbons being Ok, but one never knows) but what a lovely piece of design this is! Especially standing on its desktop 3-leg stand.
The top part is currently loose (it's rotatable and the plastic ring inside the aluminum case is broken), I might attempt a 3D-printed spare to keep it together...
... for the quiet times:
one of the best remotes :) - but the plastic quality of the keypad is inferior.
for the engraving and laser fans ;)
and the old B&O still has the style to live in harmony with others:

@leogoeswild
Hey did you get that idea from me by chance? If your's is a MKII, mine (LG OLED) must be a prototype MK0,5
Seanie_230:It’s found it’s Home replacing the Bv7-55 What an amazing TV Few more wires to hide which is not easy on floor stand. Think I will buy to Wall mounts for PS4 and SkyQ BLGW - Rekindling the love of ML
Looks great! I think Avant and BL 9 looks good together.
But as an old Avant user I know the cables can be hard to hide with the floor stand. Beo could have made it better.
Beo in white is my thing

Love this new retro stuff! Have you experienced it yourself Peter Pan?
I have been thinking of this "new tech in old case" and to do a Beovox RL140/RL60 an active speaker. Maybe if I wait long enough someone will do it before me.
You should read this thread then

vs the original
I obviously like their approach to it but why did they go for the chunky version? must be because of the speakers?
Seanie_230:Wires hiddenSome simple plastic stuff from screwfixIt’s not as nice looking but will do for now.I need some of the rubber cable sleeve that Bang and Olufsen use when I next go to a store unless I can find it online. Think I will use fabric sleeve for up the back pole.

I would have said you first need a... couch

How does a ‘decent radiator’ look like?

smile and enjoy the moment
If you want something slightly more discreet under the cills, D-Line 22mmx22mm quadrant / quarter round trunking works very well under cills and in corners (I think screwfix sell it now). I've also painted it successfully in the past to match wall colours (just give it a light sanding first to remove the 'glossiness').

We have some of these http://www.faral.com/en/products/alliance/
much more in keeping with the feel of B&O than a standard pressed steel radiator in my opinion.
If you're seriously asking, a "Runtal" brand flat-bar radiator is about as simple as you can get. They (Zehnder owns them, now) recently bought a UK manufacturer, look for "Bisque" in the UK: www.bisque.co.uk. Their "Altiplano" model in etched copper or brass is a showpiece, but the line has a flat brushed aluminum plate, for your B&O fetish. (They make ordinary radiators too, but custom enameled; one of their minimal interior photos shows it with a B&O A9 and a Vitra/Eames "La Chaise".) They are a bit aggressively visible for my taste; I prefer the Runtal "Cosmopolitan" or original "VLX", which is deep so you get plenty of heat but hides it with the flat bars: www.runtal.com. Also in the UK is a "decorator" radiator sales/showroom: https://www.theradiatorcentre.com/designer

Do you hear a real improvement compare to your others LP?

I will say that most of my records are second hand and heavily used, so I may not be the best to judge right now, but it does seem to be the best sounding LP that I own!
Hello guys. Here is my latest pride, my BeoVision Eclipse 55.
So far I am so impressed with the Eclipse and very happy with my purchase. It's so easy to setup and intuitive and the superb
sound, picture, design and integration is unbelievably good.
Still have a few things to finish off but...
