According to the photos, the renovation of the house will be financially at the level of the new building.Given that this my profession I can say with 90% Definitively.I'm just talking about an object, without papers, permissions .... ectAnd when you build a new one, you really have all new and the architecture you want from start.I do not mean anything bad, just my professional opinion.
It is, however, worth keeping track of progress :)
