....I can rename my Essence (2nd gen), but not my M3.
Further I can rename my BV Avant, but not my V1.
Note: I never used the Apple Home app - and this should have any effect on the renaming of the V1, anyway.

May I suggest a new feature:
I think it would be nice if the App could provide more information about the now playing track such as the format (MP*, FLAC, etc...), the sample rate, the bit depth and rate, the channels, the track release date and some information about the artist. All this is usually retrievable from the track metadata, being DLNA or Deezer, just an idea .....

I have just tried again with Pink Floyd Animals (5 track album) and it has resulted in the album being placed in the PQ three times with track1 in first and playing from the third entry. I cleared the PQ and it did it again. Screenshot below. This is the latest beta of the app running on Android. Let me know if there is any more information I can provide to help find this bug. I found a way to produce a similar behavior :
Load 1,2,3,4 in PQ and start listening 1
Before 1 finishes, listen to a radio
Load 1,2,3,4 in PQ again
PQ will look like: 1,1,2,3,4,2,3,4

Thank you very much for working on the genre “Deezer-Auswahl” Show All screen. Now it is much better on the iPad screen, you see more content / genre, what it is all about.
But I would love / suggest to follow the Deezer design (as you did with Artists using round circles instead of squares). Deezer is using small rectangle instead of squares for displaying genre. The big advantage is, that you are able to display more content on the same display size. See screenshot comparison Deezer vs. B&O App on iPhone and iPad:
And in the end it is content you want to display for selection, it is not a foto app that has to focus on pictures. And the genre pictures are transporting much less information compared to album covers. Certainly it should look good, but Deezer found a very good compromise between looking good and displaying as much content as possible. Please follow the Deezer approach !!!
Today reset M3 to factory settings, now I can change name in the B&O App (so without Apple Home App), and also in de BeoTool App can change the name of the M3.

Even I disabled several local sources of my Beosound Core (see left screenshot), they are still displayed in the source list (see right screenshot) in the now playing screen.

Agree - there is some work there to be done in order to make these entries corresponding.
If ordering of (and excluding some) entries in the settings is offered, this should also show up in the list.

Once upon a time I was able to control my volume with the volumewheel from the app.
Can we expect it's return one day? Would be nice. Now I have to take the Moment itself or the Beo4 to control the volume.
Moment is connected through ML/NL converter to the BV9 with it's speakers.
Your issue is fixed in the 2.9 beta out now. Sorry for the long wait.

The one about the "track artist name" to be displayed instead of the "album artist name" in the now playing screen is a request for enhancement that makes a lot of sense when you listen to Compilations or classical music, otherwise the NP screen displays "Various Artists", i.e album artist name, instead of the real artist performing.
The PQ issue I'm referring to is similar to the Android behavior prior correction:
When an album, or part of it, is added to a PQ, the PQ content is emptied before, and you can repeat this as many time as you want, PQ will be emptied first -> GOOD
BUT but but if you have listened to a TuneIn radio at some point before ending listening to the PQ content, the PQ is not emptied before you load any new tracks which are instead added following the latest played track of the latest album loaded in the PQ before listening to a radio -> BAD
In my previous post I described a simple scenario that you can easily recreate.

Dear MrAndersen I strongly wish / support following five feature requests for the B&O app already mentioned in this thread.

HH1971: the bug that courses a freezing app (after 3 to 6 minutes when there is WLAN / LAN connection to B&O products but no Internet connection) is not solved!
Please implement these features, that would be really great!
