Hi guys,.. and Happy New Year 2015!

I'm trying to Airplay music to my BeoVision18 speakers.
It works but,..
The audio signal reaches an ATV3 connected to a BeoVision11 which is sending the WiSA signal to the speakers. Unfortunately there seems to be no way to turn off the screen during this.

Does anyone have a solution to getting the audio from my Mac to my speakers through the ATV+TV without requiring that the tv-screen be turned on?

thanks for any help.

Very nice set up Shawn.

There is indeed a way and MM is your guy to explain this. He'll be around shortly :)

Shawn already asked the almost same question in another thread today.

He was given the answer from me and kallasr immediately/simultaneously Smile

Or is there a difference between both posts, that I haven't seen?

He did not return to the first post yet - and is offline by now.
He probably isn't used to that most questions on Beoworld get fast responds - there is mostly always someone there to help.

Ah I see. Yes I have always used P. mute. With the mention of the wireless Beolab 18s. I thought there might be a new way
