Wondering how to ship or transport those BeoLab 6000s? Carpet often comes delivered on stiff cardboard rolls that has an internal diameter (100mm) that is fractionally larger then the BeoLab's external diameter 96mm. I had no trouble getting some tubes for free from my local carpet store.
The tubes are a little too soft to be the only packaging, but they should go a long way to protecting the speakers if the tubes are then wrapped in bubble wrap and then placed in an outer box.
wrap speaker first in polythene or bubble wrap to stop cardboard dust covering the speaker.
