Triggered a playlist using the Moment first.2 Added a second room.3 Playlist is showing fine on the actual Moment Jukebox, but nothing showing on the app.Issue is same whether Playlist is from Deezer or from my local Moment connected NAS.I think something is broken in the communication between the app and the Moment - in addition to the absent playlist, at times the artist / album image disappears from the Now Playing screen as well.Anyone else have the same problem?I have logged an issue through the app.Let me know if you need any further information.

Sounds like you re seeing a play queue in your app - i am not, and just tried it again.
That was one issue - the other being that once i have something playing (whether started by the Moment or the app), we should be able to use the app to change to a different album / artist / playlist / etc.
I can't do that - can you? I just get either "Could not insert into play queue", or "added to play queue", and the existing music just carries on.
I haven't been using the app very much for music recently - but i'm pretty sure i could do those things not that long ago. I distinctly remember looking at play queues and moving things up and down.
So yes, while the app may never have played perfectly nice with the Moment in some respects, as of now, i can do very little - no play queue, no ability to select different music.
Dont quite know how / why things have got worse?
Dont think i'm going crazy, but feel free to correct me.

The window title shows "setup of Beosound Core" but the screen is black :(

How can I reset the core to factory settings?
I pressed the reset button for a while with no result.

Moment issues: We haven't changed anything in our Moment integration, that said we could have introduced a regression error. I will investigate this today.
@sandyb: The ipad will be changed to columns but we have to wait for our designers to play with it some more. There is too much wasted space on the ipad. Not sure what happened to the A9, is it a cloud with a line through? Regarding choice of image, for some but not for all, and it will focus on color. Regarding the source list, then the product unfortunately doesn't tell us which ones that you have unchecked. I have posted a bug a while back for them to fix it.
@mbolo01: I agree the wood side image was better, I will discuss this with our designers
@YannChris: If you still are unable to reach your Core I will suggest you contact your B&O dealer and get it replaced. To try factory reset, you need to hold the reset pin for 5-10 sec
For the Core, BS4 and similar you will be able to select the product attached. That is, however, a little further out than color selection.
Hello,
I had an answer from Beocare explaining that my problem is due to the new data protection regulation implemented in May.
It should be cleared by the end of June.
The work-around is the following:
- Turn the smartphone system to English,
- Proceed to the setup page,
- Accept the privacy statement,
- Then access to the setup page is opened.
I did the trick and it works.
I turned back my phone to french...
And the setup page is still OK.

Thanks for sharing, It also worked for me and I could access the software update page content of my products. That said, when back to French, page content is empty again, but at least we have a trick! Merci ou trugarez
Moment update: we don't see any issues unless you have it integrated with a TV and have the TV selected. This scenario is not well supported since the TV doesn't give us the meta data updates that the speaker platform does.
@Henrik: You problem with the Moment image, could you post a screen shot? I don't see any issues on phones or iPads
Personilization update: We have a really hard time reproducing this. If you can come up with a way to make it happen each time, it would be really helpful

Thomas, just to be clear (i replied to your email yesterday), i don't have the TV selected to give me the problems i have described.
I am using my physical Moment to start some Music. Then when i open the app, the product page will show both the Moment and the BS4 as grey shaded and mutliroom linked. I can't use the app then to do anything. Others, including yourself, dont seem to have this problem.
My Moment is not physically connected to the BS4 - it is hard wired into my network, and is setup to use the BS4 speakers on the Moment. That may be the only difference to the Moment / V1 setup you used to try and replicate.
And my scenario used to be fine with previous versions of the app.

The latest beta solves the empty update screen issue with IOS French and my BeoPlay devices
Edit: In fact the issue was solved by the A6 software update, not the App. my M5 and my Core still have the problem, I guess updates are coming to these devices too

Ha! You're both going to shoot me, but i wasn't a fan of the wood image.
Wasn't obvious to a third party what exactly the product actually was (custom name aside) - i kind of don't mind the current image.
But i will also not be vexed if the team change it back.
I will however do a dance of joy if the Beosystem 4 image changes to the 12-65 BV - these are the small things that make me happy! I know, its a sad commentary of my life, but hey....

Not much difference to see in my configuration with the 13699 of today.
Maybe I should use the opportunity for a couple of proposals to consider for the team.
1: was already mentioned a few times - would a Standby button for each product be possible ?
A: either on the Homescreen with each product - because for turning off one of more playing products/sessions the Standby button at the top won’t help.
B: or on the actual Now Playing screen (though I have no idea where in order to keep the current visual design).
2: when you open the Source List (tapping the three dots) of an audio product, you see the command ‘Touch to Join’.
This is not the case with the video products - but it could be helpfull there too. Maybe it is not possible there, but asking costs nothing ;-)
