I have not got the new sw yet. I live in Sweden. I tried this morning.
Maybe Raslaw is right that it will be released later today or tomorrow.
If I havent got it tomorrow then I contact the support desk.

I have still not got it yet.

No. I did not even know such a thing existed.I did contact B and O several weeks/months ago about an occasional problem in the beam control. This update solved that problem. Maybe B and O put me on the beta list without me knowing about it?

Michael:Speaking about this. I realized my tweeter is not perfectly centered. Not the speaker itself but the lens that moves up and down is a little more leaning towards the left side of each speaker. It has been driving me nuts. I saw my friends beolab 50 yesterday and they were the same so I guess it’s a design issue. How does your look when turned off? Is the gap between the circle perfect or tighter at one side? There is also a 3.1 software out for Beolab 50. I wrote to B&O support and asked for the new software. One our later I got first 3.00 and after that update I got 3.1 update.
My impression is that You now can start and put the speakers in standby with Beoremote one or the B&O-app.
What I also noticed is that with those calibrations I have made with the old software (2.3.4.7045) the BASS is lighter with the new software than with the old software. There really is a difference.
I have also had some trouble with the new software were the speakers lost all of the calibrations I have made. I have then to make new calibrations again. So the new software is maybe better in some terms but there are new bugs. I have never before experienced that the speakers lost some calibrations.

I think something happend to my speakers that should NOT happen. At first after the update the calibrations was there. Then I tried to change a calibration to a preset (using the APP) and suddenly all calibrations dissapeared. So, YES there is some bug and You might need to re-calibrate the speakers after the update.
